En suite and spacious room, I liked the hotel!
Everything at this hotel was great. The location was great in the crowdy city centre, walking distance to a train station. Furthermore, the venue was just a short walk away from Mercado de Arroios. The room with balcony. Central heating, a microwave oven, and a fridge were a huge plus.

The rooms at Nesha Guesthouse Lisbon are cozy and comfortable, making you feel right at home. I loved that some rooms come with a balcony, providing a nice spot to relax and enjoy the view. The suite was fantastic, with a balcony, seating area, and air conditioning. It felt like a true oasis. Having a patio in certain rooms was a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy some fresh air. The fact that each room comes with towels and bed linen made our stay hassle-free.
Personally, I found the presence of a kettle in all units a bit unnecessary.

During our Christmas stay, we found the accommodation offered a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with well-decorated rooms. The close proximity to public transportation made it easy to explore the city without hassle. We particularly appreciated the use of the kitchen and outdoor areas which made our stay much more comfortable and homely.
It was a bit disappointing to find some of the kitchen utensils were broken and dirty, and the toilet seat was unstable. the extra cleaning fee was not initially advertised and came as a surprise at check-out.

The location of this homestay was really convenient, as it was located near to both the train station and the subway, making it easy to travel around the area. it was really close to the airport, which was a great advantage for those with early flights. the room we stayed in was comfortable and nicely decorated, and the bathroom was generally clean. the self check-in system was easy, and we appreciated the garage facility provided for our car.
The kitchen equipment was not up to par, and some of the cutlery and dishes were already used or broken, which was a downside to the experience.
